Return Policy

Please read our terms and conditions before making your final purchases. By placing your order, you agree to these terms. We can't cancel an order once it has been placed.

We always hope that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, please contact us for a return. We will gladly accept your return as long as you follow our return policy.

Return for exchange or store credit only.

Return your online purchase in 3 steps:

  1. You can give us a call or email us at [email protected] for a return request within 5 days after you receive your order. We calculate days of receipt based on the online tracking information. As long as you email us within this time period, your return request will be accepted. When we receive your return request, we will email you to issue a return authorization #. Please do not return without a return authorization number. We WILL NOT ACCEPT any returns without a return authorization number.

  2. The purchased item must be returned and postmarked within 14 days after the issuance of the Return Authorization Number . Write the authorization number clearly outside the box you are returning.

  3. For an exchange:
    Please purchase your new item(s) online. Once we receive your returned item(s), we will credit the original purchase price of the returned item(s).

    For a return for store credit:
    Please note shipping charges are non-refundable.

Please make sure you meet the following requirements before you make an exchange:

• Orders can only be exchanged once, not multiple times.

• Return item(s) must be in original shape, undamaged, with original tags attached

• Returned items are carefully inspected. If an item is not returned in its original condition, we will only refund 50% of the original purchase price.

• Returned items must have the authorization number written clearly on the outside of the box. Without it, the return will automatically be refused.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable under any circumstances.

We do not accept the following items for exchange or store credit:

  1. Accessories are finial sale – bibs, hair accessories(veil, headpieces,etc), purses, baskets, blankets, gloves
  2. All footwear and undergarments are finial sale – socks, tights, crinoline,etc
  3. Items not in re-saleable condition
  4. Damaged, used, and altered items
  5. Items with tags removed
  6. Items that bears the smell of food, cigarette smoke, or other odors


Cancelling an order

In-stock orders must be cancelled within 48 hours from date of order (if not, a 25% re-stocking fee will apply). Orders with PRE-ORDER, SPECIAL ORDER or BACK ORDER items cannot be cancelled once placed.

Incorrect addresses or a rejected parcel

If a package comes back to us due to incorrect address, buyer is responsible for any costs incurred to retrieve and re-send the package to the correct address.
If you refuse your order upon delivery, we will issue a store credit to your account less shipping and return shipping costs.

Pricing policy

At SweetOnes.ca, we reserve the right to adjust prices at any time without notice. All prices apply as stated at the time of purchase. Refunds or credits will not be given if items previously purchased go on sale. Promotional offers do not apply to previous purchases. We do not offer price protection.
